Qn1. Why do i need a Personal Trainer?
Ans : Actually everyone needs a Personal Trainer. Even the World class boxer MikeTyson needs a trainer. Why? Simply because it is one of the most effective ways to get results. With a Trainer attending to your training needs, one can gain professional coverage on individualised training program design. After all everyone is different. You benefit from correct and save usage of equipments or even have a attentive spotter. However, most importantly a trainer is there beside you to motivate you to train regularly and religiously. For some people, their trainer is there to help them rehabilitate from an injury or even there to improve their posture. Everyone has a different goal thus Personal Trainers are there to realise their goals.
Qn2. Can everyone exercise even though they may be old or have a medical condition?
Ans : In most cases yes provided they have a “go” from their medical doctor. Doctors would strongly encourage having a Personal Trainer to take care of the training needs of their client. In most cases, we do see a drastic improvement in their medical condition in a matter of a few months provided the client trains regularly and follow carefully the instructions of their trainer. We also believe we can start training at any age, however it is even more important to seek professional help when one has a medical problem.
Qn3. Is there a possibility of a refund if I am not satisfied with my trainer?
Ans : We are so confident of our value and service that we believe that you would have a great training experience with your trainer. However in rare situations where you are not satisfied with your trainer, we would appreciate you would give us an opportunity to recommend you to another trainer. In other situations we would consider the refund (e.g grave illnesses or moving to another country).
Qn4. Is there an expiry date for Personal Training contracts?
Ans: The biggest plus training with us is that we do not have any expiry dates for our contracts like most fitness clubs and freelance trainers do. However, for some packagers with conditions expiry dates do apply.
It is also important to note that regular training equates results and regular attendance is given priority to time slots (e.g a client who has arranged a 2x training/week at 7pm on most tue and fri would “own” that time slot with the discretion of the trainer).
Qn5. Do you offer a free trial?
Ans : We only do paid trials. This not only ensure that you are serious about hiring a Personal Trainer but also regard us as a professional. I don’t think we would ask our doctor to give us a free trial but because we respect him as a professional we remunerate his service.
